The main Machineries we manage:

1) Furnace and all continuous casting system, upward casting, downward casting and level continuous casting for brass and copper.

The whole line will include the Melting furnace, Holding furnace casting, cutting, drawing, peeling and polishing processing and so on.

We also supply all dies like graphite dies, peeling dies and drawing dies for your whole production line.

2) Combined drawing machinery is our following treatment of copper bars after casting line and extrusion processing.

The combine drawing machinery will assemble all processing in one machine. It consists of 7 parts as following: Initial straightening -- drawing--precision straightening--hydraulic cutting--bar guide-- polishing -- material receiving frame.
