Level bed structure
1. The main casting parts are made of meehanite casting with annealing treatment to reduce tension. The machine bed is adopted the level bed structure as this not only would broaden the base of support, but also stabilize the work core. Besides, the design of the machine is reasonable and easy for maintenance.
2. Hush air high speed linear guide rail and hush air ball screw can assure the mechanical system runs in high speed and high precision.
3. Built-in water tank is a complete coolant system which can effectively keep the temperature constant state of the machine, and add the weight of chassis so as to improve the stability of the machine.
Main spindle head structure
1. The main spindle box employs the design of heat distortion to get the high precision and stable cutting. The large span structure of triangle can achieve high stability and high rigidity.
2. C axis has the advantages of higher precision, so it can do 360° Orientation arbitrarily. Coordinate with double cylinder can improve the stability and strong chucking power of the spindle
3. Rotary oil cylinder can clamp work piece automatically with uniform force, besides, the maximum spindle speed is 6000rpm after adopted dynamic balance correction method. Running is smooth, and the high speed and high efficiency can be achieved.
Side milling head (optional)
1. The side milling heads are arranged into a line, and single gear drive structure can do bi-directional rotation, as well as tapping (only uses FANUC servo motor).
2. Dynamic axis uses the NSK bearing which is arranged in the way of two forward and two backward.
Controller and operation panelFT-32M
Controller adopts Japan FANUC Oi TD 8.4 inch crystal screen control system of high stability. 4-axis is linkage with high stability, high-speed and high-precision performance. There is the circuit board module, crystal keys and function keys on operation panel, which makes the operation convenient and prolong service time.
