The photo etching process (also called photo chemical etching and chemical milling) allows us to produce intricate metal components with close tolerance.

Photo etching eliminates the cost of hard tooling, improves design flexibiliby, and shortens lead times while eliminating burring and sress problems. The metal material we can chemical etching including stainless steel, spring steels, copper, Beryllium copper, brass, aluminum, molybdenum. Material thickness is ranging from 0.03 mm (0.0012 inch) upto 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).
