We are a professional manufacturer with strong process capabilities who offers a complete range of precision cost effective and high quality for aluminum & zinc alloy casting and FRP products. Die casting products are widely used in telecommunication, electrical appliances, automotive parts, household, Lighting, and so on; FRP products are widely used in grating, guardrail, antenna housing, cable tray, tool handle, and so on. The overall strength of our company has verified by SGS, we also established a set of effective safety and quality assurance system and has passed ISO9001 Quality Management system certificate. Nearly 3 years, our sales amount continues to grow by 50% of the average. Bank credit rating is 'AAA' and was rated as 'A' taxpayer in Zhuhai.
Our die casting workshop have 88T, 160T, 280T, 400T, 500T, 630T, 800T casting equipments, total 9 sets. Dozens of CNC lathe, CNC milling and with 2 automatic production line for processing(include drilling, punching, tapping, wire-cutting machine, etc. ) and some inspection equipment. The surface treatment we can offer: Polishing, Anodizing, Electroplating(Silver plating, cooper plating, Galvanized, nickel plating, chrome plating, tinplating), powder coating, painting and so on. Our FRP workshop have five 8T~30T automatic pultrusion production line and three processing line.
