LDPE High Speed Rotary Die Film Blowing Machine is the new-generation blown film machine which adopts the advanced foreign technology. It is equipped with 360° Continuous rotating high-precision die and adjustable dual-channel air cooling ring, rendering film thickness much more even and the bubble more stable. Applicable material: LDPE, LLDPE, ect, and mixed material.All the die heads our factory produce is 40 CR materials, finally take shape after many times treatment and carefully processing . Helix is processed in the imported four-axis linkage machining center, which ensures the accuracy and the spiral ways well distributed the material. After carefully grinding and polishing ,each runners of the head are plated hard chrome, which increase the die's abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance.Die processing:1. material of the die: 40 cr steel , after manytimes carefully processing2. Forging :forging the ingredients into a coarse ring of the mold to make the molecular structure more compact3. Lathe processing: lathe the die with high precision lathe according to the drawing by the sophisticated master .4. Polishing: polish the runners , the higher the finish , the better the film5. chroming: enhance the abrasive resistance and corrosion resistanceThe importance of selecting the die head :1. material selection: if the steel is of bad quality , due to the heat-expansion and cold-contraction, the die head will greatly deform after a few times' use, the film thickness will be naturally uneven. 2. The helix inside the die head if improper processed, the spiral groove will be irregular. uneven distribution, poor plating and unconform compression ratio can cause uneven discharging , decreasing film brightness , defective plasticizing, difficult to eliminate the fusion line etc.LDPE rotary die
