Dong Guan Zheng An Metal Manufactory Company Ltd. has been established over 20 years. We are a private enterprise specialized in the production of different kinds of grey iron castings. Our factory has over 20, 000 square meters in area. We are fully equipped with various models of hydraulic shaking molding machine and a 30 meters circular continuous casting line. Our working team includes 130 skill operators and experienced technicians. In the cleansing process, we adopted the advance shot peening tunnel and hanging sandblasting set up. With view to meet the requirement of different customers, we also installed custom made machining and painting equipment as per needed. Our production capacity has reached over 4, 000 tons of assorted casting per year. Our existing production includes various kinds of burners, grates, grill hot-plates, BBQ grates for commercial cooking equipment. Moreover, we are experienced and well established to produce castings with minimal thickness in bulk quantities. For years and years, other than serving the local market, our products are mainly exported to Canada, United States of America, Central America, and several European countries.
