Yubang Kitchen Cabinets construcion details:
1- Kitchen Cabinet Ends: 18mm thick both side veneered plywood, the end panel edges are bended with finished veneer on 4 sides.
The ends are bored for shelf adjustment. Exposed end panels require be replaced or covered by a fake door. The veneer is finished with the same staining process that is used on the door.
2- Kitchen Cabinet boxes Backs: The backs are 9mm thick plywood for wall and base cabinets. The back panel is stained to match door color.
3- Kitchen Cabinet boxes Tops & Bottoms: 18mm thick both sides veneered plywood, the edges are bended with finished neneer on 4 sides. The top and bottom panels are stained to match door color.
4- Kitchen Cabinet boxes Shelves: 18mm thick both side veneered plywood, the shelve edges are bended with finished neneer on 4 sides.
The shelves are adjustable; Metal shelves supports are included. The shelves panel are stained to match door color.
5- Kitchen Cabinet boxes Stretcher Braces: 18mm thick both side veneered plywood
6- Toe Kicks: Toe kick will be plywood with wood veneer; The veneer is stain to match door color.
7- Drawer box: Natural woods for 4 sides boards, the drawer are dove-tailed, 15mm thick, with a 9 thick plywood bottom if drawer comes with ball-bearing full extension drawer glide, and will be 18mm thick bottom if drawer come with soft closing under mounted drawer glider.
8- Door and drawer front: Solid wood (Available wood species: Oak, maple, cherry, rubber wood). Drawer front requires at least 200mm height to make design/profile.
9-Drawer Glides: We offer 3 different glides: #1. Ball bearing full extension drawer glide, #2. Soft closing under mounted drawer glider, #3. Metal box drawer system. If Blum hardwares are required to supply, please indicate when ordering.
Different glide have different prices.
10-Hinges: Soft closing hinges, If Blum hardware are required to supply, please indicate when ordering.
Pulls: Door pulls are required. A selection is available, all handles/knob are sold separately.
