YuDeXin is a leading aluminum and zinc die casting manufacturer in South of China. (an ISO9001: 2008 registered company), YDX is our company's short.
Our products cover a very wide, something like Electronics(LED base), Household appliances, Furniture Door Window, Automotive, Industrial Machinery etc parts and all kinds of Aluminum extrusions.
YDX is established in 2006 with 8000 square meter in Shen Zhen, we equip many advanced machines to make one-stop service. We have CNC machines, mill machine, EDM etc to make molds by us, and our secondary operation equip punching, shot blasting, drilling, tapping, sanding, vibratory finish, CNC milling, CNC lathe, painting line and more others, we have approx 150 workers, and equip eight different grades die casting machines, so we have ability to produce 100-120 ton parts per month.
YDX have passed ISO9001: 2008 International Quality Management System. We always to follow the strict QC system to control our product quality. We have special engineers to check each process, after all we will make whole detail inspection
