A. Operating Principle of LGJ Dry Extrusion Granulation Machine:
Dry powder materials with certain amount of crystal water or tiny crystal materials are extruded into flakes and on the basis of the needs of the customers.
Adjust the pressures of the Oil cylinder above the feeding screw so as to create a pre-extruded pressure, and then put raw materials in the hopper, which are propelled to the two bite angles of the two extrusion rollers as conveyed and compressed by the feeding screw. Density of the powder materials increases in germination in this process.
Compress the raw materials into slices with horizontal extrusion roller whose patterns of surfaces (For example, even surfaces or surfaces with flowers, etc) and speed (The length of time when raw materials are laid out in the extruding areas depends on the speed of extrusion) vary with the characteristics of the materials.
