1. Usage:
The material to be cut is placed between the Sample Cutter and a Special Cutting Board. When the safety catch is released, light downward pressure on the hand wheel brings the multiple blades into contact with the material. Specimens are cut by rotating the hand wheel under a light, even pressure. The design and precision manufacture of the instrument ensures the specimens are perfectly circular and have smooth edges. To maintain the cutting efficiency, the blades should be turned or changed when they become damaged or blunt, and the Cutting Board should be turned or changed when it becomes worn. For the best results, only the approved blades and boards should be used.
2. Structure and adjust:
The blade of Sample cutter is double-edge blade, total 4PCS, equispaced four equal parts. The blade can be placed. Concrete operations: Release screw(4PCS screw in each blade), take off platen and blade, replace the new one(each blade can be cycled used 4 times, )put on the platen, ensure the blade should be clockwise tangential, make sure the blade in the same plane. Then fix the screw.
3. Notes:
The blade of sample cutter is keen, the hands are not allowed put under the bottom, to avoid the damage. The cutter should be used on the rubber blanket, ajust the cut force according to thickness. Furthest extend the service life of blade and rubber blanket. Cover the blade to avoide damage hazard. If the blade is not keen after a period of time using, replace it according to requirement.
