| Locking Ball Lock system can firmly fix the jig plate on the floor plate with a maximum of nine tons locking force for each axle.. 1) Floor plate, as the positioning reference, is permanently fixed to the machine worktable. Several ball lock receiving sleeves are fitted on the floor plate to work with different sizes of jig plate. 2) Jig plate, with two ball lock locating sleeves fitted, corresponds to the receiving sleeve on the floor plate and can be locked through a ball lock shaft. 3) Ball lock shaft, with the function of locating and locking, works with the locating sleeve and fixes the jig plate quickly and accurately to the floor plate. There are a variety of sizes can be selected. |
