The machine is consists of furnance body, crystallizer, traction organization, electric control system ( a low frequency core-type induction furnace (common industrial electricity 50 cycle), four crystallizers. Four sets horizontal traction group, four sets wire winding stands and water supply system. )
This Melting & Casting Furnace which is with electricity-run is mainly applied to zinc wire making. And It is of pararell traction for thicker wire. With easy operation and stable quality to ensure a better further drawing quality.
The temperature which adopt SCR can be controlled within 0— 1000 degre c with a tolerance of ± 5 degree c.
Furnace door are equipped with power off protection and power off alarming funtion.
