AUTO cutting machine HY-1400 machine is designed to cut the paper board in the high substance and the other type of the paper such as FBB, Offset paper Duplex board. And the enhanced height helps the size of the cutter paper matching to load into the container.
Main parts
1, Hydraulic system:
Shaft ten independent researches and develop hydraulic control oil circuit board base paper frame, equipped with famous brand magnetic valve, throttle valve, making hydraulic opening pressure is big and the noise is small, easy to operate, fast and time saving
2, Master man-machine interface
Cutting length set by computer, paper cutting parameter controlled by tension, and colorful visual interface enable staff to understand clearly, with beautiful appearance and easy operation.
3, Breaking system
It adopts Japanese SMC' proportional valve and programmable controlling system of Faket's PLC to achieve full auto breaking. It resolved the deviation because of the manual operation and makes the paper's tension stabilized.
4, Programmable control system:
It adopts the programmable controlling system of Taiwan fatek's PLC to improve the ability of anti-interfering and accurate data transmission.
