HHQCX Drum-type Ultrasonic Bottle-Washing Machine
Working Principle
Bottles are transferred by front equipment to inlet of bottle-washing machine, dialed in by driver plate, pushed into ultrasonic washing chamber for rough cleans, transferred by rotary drum to filling needles. There is running, purified and ionized water for washing inside and outside of bottles. And then, the bottles are blown dry with oil-free compressed air; residual water droplets on inwall of bottles are thinned for the drying in the next process. Ultimately, bottles are pulled out of bottle-washing machine and enter the next package process.
