Automatic high speed counting machine
Performance:
*Double gate design, per-counting can save time on bottle switching. It can count accurately and fill round tablets, capsules, transparent soft capsules, irregular pills into container.
*High speed. One of them has 16 channels which can count 20-60 bottles per min, for the one which has 32 channels that can reach 60-120 bottles per min.
*The machine would auto-alarm workers when the bottles supplying is not enough or the bottles blocked or the bottles falled down. The machine would pause there. When the problems are solved, the machine can return back to normal. It doesn't need certain people to monitor it.
*3-stages costant pressure dust collection design, the dust is removed when granules dropping. Which avoid dust affecting the counting precision.
*Key pneumatic parts, especially integrated solenoid valve and cylinder for shutting door, are from Japan CKD. Ensure filling accuracy.
Use IR (infrared ray)dynamic scan technology, Sensors can adjust light automatically to guarantee precise counting. Automatic alarm and machine stop.
*You can set the quantity of the drugs (15-9999)through the touch screen. Monitor the drugs dropping status on each channel.
Autoamtic rejection device
If incorrect counting is caused by too high speed or improper settings, an automatic rejection system will removed the incorrectly filled containers from the conveyor track and reset the count to display the correct amount.
3-section vibrator feeding units
Use 3-section (6 vibrators)electromagnetic vibration feeding, stable vibration frequency. Vibrators and feeding channels are clamped by air cylinders, Very easy to disassemble and clean.
Hitching bottle type capping
The funnels hitch the bottleneck while filling. And funnel is vibrative, which can avoid blocking up. Vibration frequency is adjustable.
Lift function
You just need to press the lift button on the touch screen when changing different height.
