4. If I send you a sample I'm currently using,can you make it?
Yes. We can make the design and match printing colors if you send us original artwork or sample. We will try to meet your specifications as closely as we can.
5. When we create artwork, which format is available for printing?
-The commonly used ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD.
-Bleed size: 3-5mm.
-Resolution; no less than 120DPI and the higher, the better.
6. How can I get the samples?
We will charge USD$100-200 for the sample,and the sample charge will be refunded once the order is confirmed.
Generally speaking, sample time is 5-7 days after receiving the sample charge.
7.What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
