Mrtong is a professional and integrated company in dealing with forging, fasteners, machining, heat-treatment as well as scientific research, developing, testing, producing and selling.
Mrtong owns advanced producing equipments, wide-range testing equipments, strong technical powers and rich experience in forging, fasteners, heat -treatment, machining. Its products are widely used in cars, trains, power-generation, engineering machinery, coal machinery, petrochemical, metallurgy, ship-building, military and others. Mrtong possesses four assembly lines, one of 2500T forging line which is the largest in local, one of1600T forging line and two of 630T forging lines so that we can meet the needs of customers from 2KG to 100KG all kinds of forging.
About the fasteners, we have about 50 machines, including the head making machine, and thread making machine, the Salt spray test of the stainless steel products can reach 5000 hours.
The company has sophisticated testing, mechanical performance, physical and chemical, metallography and other full range of testing equipments as well as quality management and inspection system. Modern laboratory, inspection process, the first check, recheck, final inspection, timely quality information feedback and perfect quality management system ensure products controlled accessibility and traceability in the producing process.
