Automation of Dyeing Machine

The control of the dyeing machinery is like that; According to the hint of the operator it can simply control the increasing and decreasing of temperature except at the time of feeding in, taking out the yam and samples taking. Pump starring, temperature raising keeping, and lowering. Automatic dyeing stuff supplying (or step by step feeding), and working with a central cabinet and central supplier. The full automatic dyeing machine decreases the manual operation to the minimum, improves greatly the comprehensive economic results. And ensures the reproducibility of dyeing technology, during the dyeing procedure it can also execute other operation, such as display temperature at the present time, or retrieve last dyeing program or prepare new dyeing program.

Steady construction of highly corrosion resistance stainless steel for all wetted parts. Hanks bars formed in strength - imported shape with surface fine polished to 63 microns. Heating coils, are built in the machine's upper and lower compartment to ensure even heating. A stream - bleeding pipe is provided for direct heating.
