Automation of Dyeing Machine
Use various microcomputers to control dyeing machinery at different levels so that we can satisfy customers who have different demands. The control of the dyeing machinery is like that; According to the hint of the operator it can simply control the increasing and decreasing of temperature except at the time of feeding in, taking out the yam and samples taking. The water flow is measured by the flow meter and it keeps accurate liquor ratio. The control of dyeing machine can also be full automation:
Pump starring, temperature raising keeping, and lowering. Automatic dyeing stuff supplying (or step by step feeding), and working with a central cabinet and central supplier. The full automatic dyeing machine decreases the manual operation to the minimum, improves greatly the comprehensive economic results. And ensures the reproducibility of dyeing technology, during the dyeing procedure it can also execute other operation, such as display temperature at the present time, or retrieve last dyeing program or prepare new dyeing program.
The microcomputer on dying machine can be linked with control computer system to complete central programming. And can execute various tasks of management so that the comprehensive management of the whole workshop by computer can be realized.
STANDARD FEATURE
Steady construction of highly corrosion resistance stainless steel for all wetted parts. Hanks bars formed in strength - imported shape with surface fine polished to 63 microns. Heating coils, are built in the machine's upper and lower compartment to ensure even heating. A stream - bleeding pipe is provided for direct heating. Flow blade, provides uniform distribution of liquor throughout the bath. Sampling device (normal capacity 40gm), with sample holder protrudes deeply into hank yarn, resulting in the same color shade as the batch. Inspection on yarn color shade is possible during dyeing process without interruption. Service tank with 2 HP feed pump (not available for sample machinery up to 50 lbs. Impeller speed variable through step pulley to suit different dyeing processes. Universal control panel formanual control of dyeing process.
JZS steam yarn dyeing cabinet adopts stainless steel floor panel and outside layer seals with the floor panel. There is mesh in between outside and inside layers, which is the base of construction. As a result the machine can cope with direct heat system as well as conduct heat preservation. The water tank is adopted with direct heat system. The highest work temperature is 98º C.
