CY355 ultraviolet laser marking machine is developed on the basis of 355nm ultraviolet laser device that jiatai laser owns intellectual property. This machine adopts three order intra-cavity frequency doubling(THG) technology. Compared with infrared laser, 355nm ultraviolet laser has extremely small laser facult, which reduces the mechanical deformation to some extend and diminishes the influency of heat-process to a very limited areas. Therefore it can be mainly applied for superfine making and engraving. It is especially suitable for some areas such as marking on packing materials of food and medicines, drilling micro-pores, high-speed partition of glass materials and complex graphical cutting of silicon water.
