CF is specialized in Stamping parts, Turning parts, CNC machining parts, fasteners and Springs. And most of our parts are used for home appliances, electronic devices, electrical components, car field and aviation field. With 30years engineering experience, CF is able to manufacture all metal components according to customer's design like tolerance, performance requirements and operating requirements. In order to expanding our production capacity and production range, meanwhile meet our customer huge demands, CF has stamping workshop, CNC milling center, special screw workshop and spring production workshop which equipped with advanced machines imported from Taiwan and Japan. To provide one-stop metal component buying service. Our production capacity of stamping tech is 500, 000pcs/day, production capacity of CNC machining components is 20, 000pcs/day, production capacity of fastener is 1, 000, 000pcs/day, and production capacity of springs is 200, 000pcs/day. And our used material range includes Copper, Iron, aluminum, stainless steel and other alloy.
CF passed ISO9001: 2008 certification successfully, in order to guarantee our output quality, our inspection room has equipped with 2D coordinator, Projector, ROHS tester, Hardness tester, Roughness tester, Torque tester and Salt spray tester.
