KCD-DG laser marking machine is an upgrade version of our marking machine
which is professional in marking on large area of light guide plate.The machine is equipped with original imported laser generator and high performance three axis dynamic marking system.The laser spot is excellent good and with good consistency.The machine can run at a high speed with extremely stability performance.It can complete the production of the light guide plate 1500*1500mm once.
Equipment features
1.Equipped with original imported CO2 laser,the spot is excellent ,output laser power is so stable and the density is uniform.
2.The machine adopts original imported high performance three axis dynamicauto-focus scanning system.The entire system is compact,tough,durable,
doing perfect dust-proof and anti-interference performance.The installation can
be so easy.All the advantages ensure the machine working at high speed for a long time.
3.The reflect mirror and beam expander of the outside optical transmission system are original imported.Shaping works well,the rate of penetrating and reflecting is high,light decay can be so little.All these features ensure that the size and distribution of the processing network uniform.
4.Vacuum sorption plate and high pressure spiral pump ensure acrylic raw material can be adsorbed on the plate smoothly.The method overcome the hidden danger of the raw material's uneven surface.
5.Excellent full sealed and hydrodynamic designing makes the body immune to the impact of laser radiation.
6.The machine is equipped with self designing light guide software.It can design any size and any shape pictures.All the operation is simple and practical.Data processing is fast.Also it can compatible with GTools guide plate professional designing software.Fast processing speed,high working efficiency and strong illumination.
7.Without stitching,it can finish the processing of 300*300mm,300*600mm,600*600mm,600*1200mm,1200*1200mm format guide plate once.
