Dongguan Johoy Garden Tools Products Co., Ltd. (A division of Johoy International) is a professional manufacturer for Plastic & Metal Products from Development, Design, Manufacture and Marketing sales. We have over 15 years experiences in Plastic & Metal products.
Our factory has over 8, 000 square meters area and more than 300 employees, we have 45 sets injection machines from 50 Tons to 680 Tons, and 16 sets stamping machines from 40T to 160T. Also include 3 Assembly Lines, Packing Lines, Pad Printing & Painting lines. We also have our own tooling shop and can make around 300-400 sets tooling yearly. That means we can ODM & OEM for most Plastic products from design to tooling making, and then to production and test and shipment, whole process can be completed at one stage in our factory.
Johoy also have a full range of design capability to support all of your design requirements. Our powerful software capability includes: PRO-E, Solid work, Core-Drew, UG and Mould flow. And we have over 8 design engineers & 15 tooling engineers & over 20 quality people to ensure the perfect & good quality products and also customer service. 70% of our products to be sold to oversea customers such as: US, Canada, Europe, Russia and EU. And also Johoy factory has been past the 3rd party audit required by Lowes, Wal-Mart, Home-Depot.
