2. This Automatic Lifting Machine is equipped with single working station, two working stations, three working stations and four working stations according to different filling machines.
3. The working procedure of the Automatic Lifting Machine is from bottle entering, bottle checking, bottle lifting and packaging, bottle out. It is controlled by PLC with simple operation, easy packaging and stable performance.
4. Bottle water conveys to the mechanical handle after film shrinking, photoelectrics switch detected the bottle signal, the conveyor or belt stop and the cylinder drops. When reach the bottleneck, the cap graspping cylinder clamping, the lift cylinder go up at the same time, then put on the plastic bags quickly. After putting on the plastic bags, the lift cylinder drops, put the bottles into the conveyor belt, the cap graspping cylinder loosen, the conveyor belt take them to the next working procedure.
