This sofa is made of high quality linen, all wooden structure are used S4S timber. The main timber is 5*4cm, plywood are exact 9mm, and padding are 45 density high rebound sponge. Color of the leather is optional.
1, Internal structure:
A) wood: Stable dried solid wood frame and plywood, all sharp edges must high deep polishing.
B) spring: The spring of seat cushion is used high carbon steel serpentine spring with great elasticity and toughness.
C) foam: High middle soft foam 40density for cushions and 35 soft density foam for backrest.
You can open the zipper of bottom to check the sofa's frame and check quality.
