Founded in 2006, we have develpoed to a manufacturer with a factory area of 15, 000 square meters and an employee team of more than 350. Our production capability reaches to 1.2 million precision castings per month: Casting surface from 1.6 to 3.2 Ra, weight from 2g to 20kg and length not exceed to 450mm. Value-added processes like machining, heat-treatment, surface finishing can be well handled. Each parts is OEM production.
Our competitive strengths evolve from a deep obsession with quality and a dogged determination to achieve customer satisfaction. Core technical team is a group of the steering engineers with a track record of more than 10 years in investment casting. And our plant is well equiped with some of the most advanced technological devices for investment casting, including 2 CNC machines for in-house tooling, 12 automatic wax injectors and 2 full-automatic wax injectors, 1 wax stabilizer and distribution system, 3 fully automatic robotic shelling systems and 1 James automatic vacuum moistening slurry machines as well as 2 Medium frequency induction furnaces. Moreover we developed a strict quality control system to assure the final integrity of the parts. Spectrographic analysis, metallographic analysis, CMM testing, tensile, impact and hardness testing, along with a fully independent QC process, all of these contribute to high precision and reliability of the parts.
All our operations are strictly compliant with ISO 9001: 2008 guidelines and our products passed ISO9001: 2008 certificate issued by German TUV. Tolerance is according to either Germany VDG P690 or DIN ISO2768. Material standards include GB, American ASTM, Japan AISI, Germany DIN, British BS etc. Our material analysis report meet the requirements of EU RoHS 2005/95/EC and 2005/618/EC.
