Fabric Shredder Descriptions
Fabric Shredders offer a solution to the heavy-duty fabric disposal in that they reduce them to manageable sizes. HARDEN Shredding Technologies manufactures low speed, high torque, industrial fabric shredders. Shredder models are available with cutting chambers from chambers from 12.5" x 11.8" to 78" x 55" and power plants from 10 HP to 2X150 HP.
Fabric Shredder Configurations
Fabric shredder, like all other kinds of shredders, can be configured in a variety of sizes, drive options, and cutter configurations. Fabric shredder are low-speed, high-torque, two-shaft, rotary shear shredders combined with the bar screens produces a homogeneous, consistently sized particle output.
Fabric Shredder Applications
HARDEN Fabric shredder can be used as pre-shredders or re-shredders depending on the application. Shredding range also includes household waste, industrial waste, electronic waste, biomass, food waste, medical waste, as well as documents to be destroyed.
