Guangzhou Pansen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd is located in the industrial estate, 2 Shichang Rd., Meishan Village, Hualong Town, Panyu District of Guangzhou. Founded in Aug. 19th, 2004 with a registered capital of RMB3 million, it covers an area of over 8000m2 and is staffed by 200 employees as a modern processing enterprise integrating the design, R&D and processing of high precision non-standard machinery and high precision non-standard mechanical parts, precision molds and the jig & fixture system into an organic whole. It has over 60 senior or secondary engineers and technicians to form a professional service team for its design, arts & crafts, processing, manufacturing, service, marketing and trade with expertise and rich experience in the non-standard precision parts processing, arts & crafts, the design, manufacturing, electrical control and equipment debugging of non-standard precision automatic equipment.
Now it has 10 serialized high precision finishing centers with the maximum processing stroke up to 3.2m* 2.5 m, over 120 lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, line cutting machines and sparking machines for finish machining and some precision three dimensional detectors, two dimensional measuring instruments and other precision detection devices as a professional manufacturer with certain processing capacity and test facilities.
Certified by the ISO9001 quality management system, it has a complete, standardized and efficient management system; it has also adopted the 6S management system actively to improve the production environment and increase productivity, product quality and staff morale to ensure high quality and timely delivery in good faith.
By integrating more and more advantageous resources, it has set up three branch offices and the Pansen Trading (HK) Co., Ltd. The No. 1 branch office specializes in the production of non-standard precision parts, fixture, cutting tools and precision molds; The No. 2 branch office specializes in the production of non-standard automatic equipment and automobile parts assembly; The No. 3 branch office specializes in the production of CNC machining, low-volume parts, molds and accessories; The Putian Co., Ltd specializes in the production of electronics assistant tools.
