3.Q: Since your product so hard how to cut it into pieces?
A:1.Choose a good cutting machina and suitable sharp dimond saw blades with high hardness(Blade's thickness:2.4mm-2.6mm;diameter:Ø350mm~Ø400mm).Before cutting,grind the edge of blade with a firebric for no shortter than 15 mins.
2.Pay attention to the cutting speed during cutting,nomally at 2.5m/min~5m/min.The main speed of the bridge cutter is around 2500r/min.Slow down the speed when the blade begins cutting into or steps out of the material.
