With C-axis mechanism, the Italy DUPLOMATIC VDI type dynamic turret can do milling action on the turning workpiece to complete all the processing working process for one time, so VDI type tool is easy to disassemble and install tools.

Spindles adopt high-precision NSK P4 class bevel ball bearings to get the maximized span configuration according to the calculation and analyses. High-tech lubricating technology and high rigidity sleeve structure are also adopted to show the best stability and ensure the largest axial rigidity, radial rigidity and machining precision.
Hydraulic cam type turret
Hydraulic 10-tool cam type turret uses rapid tool change, whose adjacent tools change time is 0.25 seconds, and repeat positioning precision is 0.002 mm. Its automatic tool change is to elect handy tools, and manual tool change is to use selective model, in this way you can operate them conveniently and enhance the efficiency.
Laser correction
When guide screws do the screw pitch compensation, the high-precision optical laser equipment ensures that the positioning accuracy of the lathe is the same no matter where the machine is, in this way the accuracy and stability of the processing pieces can be enhanced.
