In case there is any quality problem with the product or any damage on the product due to quality problem, the customer is requested to provide KINGTINTO with necessary information (including manufacturing serial number, relevant photos, etc...) If the complaint is confirmed to be effective by KINGTINTO, KINGTINTO will supply the replacement for free on the basis of EX KINGTINTO'S factory.If the product is damaged due to transportation while distribution or by incorrectly installing or using of the product, KINGTINTO will charge reasonably for replacement
