Structure & working principle
The circular sawing machine is made up of engine base, beam, feeding and retracting system, main drive system, working clamping device and slab transporting device.
Engine base adopts welded-steel plate construction to insure sufficient rigidity of sawing machine, beam is assembled on the engine base by screw, it is easy to dismounting.
Feeding and retracting drive system adopts hydraulic cylinder that drives main drive system to feed and retract on the guide rail, hydraulic cylinder is with the characteristics of smooth running speed and durability.
The main motor transmits driving force by belt to drive the saw blade to revolve with high speed in main drive system to achieve slab saw cutting, the motor is tilting assembled and able to adjust belt degree of tightness at will.
Working clamping device adopts hydraulic clamping to avoid slab swinging after cutting to damage saw blade.
Slab transporting device adopts roller table that is driven by reducer equipped with chain wheel, which is with the characteristics of smooth transporting speed.
