FA-2518 (Low-E) Glass Straight Line Double Edging Machine is a kind of glass deep processing equipment with the advantages of economic, high efficiency, suitable for grinding glass with different size and thickness, which can finish rough and precise grinding and polishing on plane glass's bottom side of its two sides and each side up and down corners for a mass production. The machine adopts advanced PLC control system, processing parameters set from human-machine interface, with easy operation and high automation. With auto-compensation pneumatic polishing head, keeping processed surface smooth; the glass conveyed by ring synchronous belt and pneumatic positioning units steadily and correctly; processed width adjustment unit composed of straight line guide rail, ball screw rod, transducer and coder, keeping its steady function and little error and high precision.
