Semi Auto Casemaker
Applications:
It is to paste a printed cover sheet onto hardboards and then cut off the corners. The finished products are delicate front and back covers of color boxes, note-books, albums, etc. Semi automatic because automatically finishes the 2 sides and the 2 ends are finished by hand when it is out of the machine.
It is often used to make paper files.
Features:
1. Cylinder vacuum material absorption(no vacuum pump installed but with help of compressed air). Manual lifting of the sheet feeding bench. Material absorbing vertical stroke is 100 mm, horizontal stroke 60 mm.
2. Power heat melts the glue and a pump feeds it. Glue saving: The left glue may flow back and be circulated. And glue feeding quantity is adjustable.
3. The cover is absorbed onto the conveyer by guiding air so as to avoid cover movement and this is good for cardboard to be pasted onto the cover.
4. Flanging and roller pressing.
