FAQ:

1) Problem: The scanner is humming or beeping.
Cause: Battery is running low.
Solution: Recharfe the battery.

2) Problem: The scanner squeals and emits no laser beam.
Cause: The scanner is not connected to the data terminal ( Computer ) or is out of range.
Solution: Please insert the recceiver in the data terminal ( Computer ) or move nearer to the data terminal.

3) Problem: The scanner works normally but no data displays on the data terminal ( Computer ).
Cause: The interface setting is not correct.
Solution: Please refer to V. Operation Instruction in this manual for a correct setting.

4) Question: Can the charging port be used to transfer data?
Answer: No. It is only used for charging the battery.

5) Question: May the radio signal disturb electrical household appliances ( eg. TV)
Answer: In general, the wireless laser scanner use lowpower signals below 10dbm and 433 MHz frequency and won't interfere with other radio signals.
