Advanced Equipment and Manufacturing Base:
1. There are total 3 vertical casting melting system, we are able to melt aluminium ingot 40000 tons/year.
2. Total 18 extrusion lines, covered from 600 tons to 4000 tons.
3. Year output for aluminium mill finished profiles 30000 tons.
4. Imported 4 German powder coating lines, which ensured yearly output for powder coated aluminium profiles more than 15000 tons.
5. Imported PVDF powder coating lines from German and France, PVDF aluminium profiles output 10000 tons each year.
6. Year output of anodized, electrophoretic, ED coating more than 10000 tons.
7. Imported Korea wooden grain system, Swiss thermal break production lines.
