1.15 month warranty (Ink-Supply System not included), each machine has 15 months warranty which means we will change any parts(Except ink-supply system parts like print head) for free within 15 months, and after15 months we sell parts to clients with favorable price.
2.We could dispatch engineer to your country to install the machine and help you with training the operator as well as teach you a lot of skills about machine maintenance.
