1.75MM ABS filament/3MM PLA filaments 3D printer filaments information:

We can manufactory different kinds of material, like PLA, ABS, CE ABS, PA(Nylon), PC, PVA, HIPS, PETG, POM filament for RepRap, Makerbot, Mendel, UP! And other consumer 3D printers.
All of the material are 100% pure material and ABS&PLA has got the certificate of latest REACH testing.

Descreption:
1. ABS 3D Printer Filament has been tested on RepRap, Makerbot, Mendel, Huxley UP! Printer, WeisTek.
2. Diameter: 1.75mm or 3.0mm
3. The tollerance roundness +/-0.05mm
4. The processing temperature of ABS filament process temperature is 230-260° C
5. ABS filaments is good toughness and high strength that is a very popular and common used thermoplastic in industry
6. Ddensity is small, when printing larger volume model lighter, save money
7. ABS 3D printer filament owns rigidity and shiny surface; High toughness and impact strength.
5. ABS performs a better flowability when melting and resists corrosion and abrasion.
These qualities combined make it an ideal material for injection mold and extrusion.
7. The melting point is 230° C, easy to shape when printing;

Production time:

Sample time: 1 days (have large stock pieces); Customer PMS color: 3 days
Production time: 100-500kgs; 3 -5 days; 501-1000kgs: 8-10 days;

Colors of our 3D printer Filaments:

1) Our existed 14 colors: Black, clear, white, brown, grey, yellow, orange, blue, green, red, purple, pink, silver and gold. Can do customer PMS/RAL colors, MOQ25kgs/color;
2) 4 Fluorecent colors(blue, green, yellow and red)
3) 3 Luminous colors(blue, green and white)
4) 3 variable temperatures colors(grey to white, pink to purple, green to yellow)

Stock white color spool size 1: Dia. 16cm X 8.5cm height, inner hole is dia. 3.3cm
1kg/ spool, then in poly bag(Vacuum packing) with a desiccant bag inside, then in a small box: 17.5 X 17.5 X 10cm

Production quality:

I. we have diameter laser detect kits to control extruding rate on line, when diameter smaller or higher than accept range, the laser detect kits will adjust the extruding rate higher or smaller to make diameter range at acceptable.

II.keep each record filament samples sent to customers, build a tracking able document.

III.when the filament put on shelf longer than half a year, we will dry the filament again

Shipping Mode:

      We are able to deliver goods to customers appointed port or warehouse or office by boat or by air and even by courier according to customers. We have door-to-door service and door-to-station service.
