Q: What is the MOQ for tin order?
A: Due to mass printing and production set up, minimum order quantity is roughly 3000-5000pcs for large size and 10000pcs for small size of tins
Q: Can I get a price list ?
A: We do not provide a list to our customers. All items are quoted individually. As we know,the price can be effected by several factors, such as material thickness,product shape,size,order quantity,print colors,etc. Also,the material prices can change constantly. Please tell us your requirements and we shall find the best solution for you.
Q : When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q : How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
Q:Do you make mould by yourselves?
A:Yes, we make all mould by ourselves. We have our own engineering department. So we can make custom molds at very low cost.
Q:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, we need 30-35days for mass production time . But we suggest that you start order two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
