High-precision Auto-Feeding Saw
This high-accurate auto-feeding sawing machine is suitable for cutting many kinds of industrial aluminum profile. The saw is driven by high-accurate screw balls and imported linear guiding rail, and the auto-feeding function is realized by Japanese imported Servo motor. The worktable will separate the finished material automatically after finishing the cutting jobs and it won't touch the edges of cut-off material on the cutting table, which ensures a very high quality cutting without burrs and sawing curves on the material.
By adopting arm-waving type feeding, the golden cutting angle formed by the tool and profile has unmatched advantages for its stability and durability, smoothness and accuracy of cutting than other similar machines of different structure. The main parts are casted with seamless connection, the repositioning accuracy is ± 0.05m.
