Bimo International Co., Ltd is a professional supplier on electric motor field, gasoline/diesel engine/generator field and pump field. We have more than 10 years electric motors etc products design and sales experiences. Our order procedures
Step 1. To know clients demands, include products demand, service demand, price demand, quality demand etc, ask to send inquiry to us
Step 2. according to inquiry's details, we show our best offer to customers, if necessary, we need to negotiate each detail
Step 3. according to order requirements, choose most suitable manufacturer, confirm technical data standard, arrange order production. confirm delivery time, payment term, package requirements, nameplate requirements, loading requirements etc
Step 4. control the whole producing course and guarantee exact delivery time. If something happens suddenly, inform clients within the first time.
Step 5. when finishing production, send our QC to factory and test products quality, confirm each details to be fulfilled under customer's requirements, and take photos, write a piece of test report and ask the balanced payment.
Step 6. arrange forwarder to ship products and send all original documents to customers for custom clearance. Then finish the whole transaction course.
Step 7. to ask customers for products' quality states and sales results or usage performance etc, once we find problems, we will handle it within the first time with customers, manufacturers together. We will do the after-service works well.
